1. Shipping methods


Deliveries are handled by DHL, DHL EXPRESS und FedEx.

All shipments that are sent by are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we can not deliver to post office boxes. in case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and sent orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am CET till 05:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

3. Track your status


As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating to DHL, DHL EXPRESS or FedEx tracking-nummer. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email.



4. Packstation


In Germany, shipments can be delivered to a "Packstation".

Big parcels that do not fit into the rented box might need to be picked up at a branch of the "Deutsche Post" and/or DHL EXPRESS Station.
